1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RemoteQuoter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RemoteQuoter provides satellite-based area measurement tools specifically designed for pressure washing businesses. We use third-party mapping APIs to provide aerial measurements and estimates.

3. Accuracy of Measurements and Material Takeoffs

While we strive for high precision, the satellite measurements and subsequent material takeoff calculations provided by RemoteQuoter are strictly rough estimates. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users are solely responsible for verifying site conditions, subgrade levels, measurements, and required waste factors before ordering materials or finalizing quotes. RemoteQuoter assumes zero liability for material shortages, material overages, short-load fees, business losses, undercharging, or overcharging resulting from reliance on our calculators or estimations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the pricing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

6. Acceptable Use and Platform Abuse

You agree not to misuse the RemoteQuoter platform or help anyone else do so. Because our service relies on expensive third-party satellite and mapping APIs, any attempt to artificially inflate API usage is strictly prohibited.

• You may not use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the service or extract mapping data.
• You may not rapidly or maliciously trigger measurement requests with the intent or effect of incurring API costs, causing denial of service, or overwhelming our infrastructure.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our estimation data without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we detect abnormal usage patterns, spamming, or any violation of this Acceptable Use policy. Furthermore, we reserve the right to seek damages for any direct API costs incurred as a result of malicious abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RemoteQuoter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
